Step by Step Sequence

Phase I - Gel Sliding -Using micro-current stimulation gel (3-5 Minutes): Purpose is to acclimate skin, open acupuncture meridians and improve circulation.

Phase II - Gel  Holding -Using micro-current stimulation gel (10-15 Minutes): Purpose is to re-educate muscles and bring impurities to the surface.
